There is no propulsion motor so it will not need a title for the boat.

Generator is Onan 6KW and it worked when boat was pulled from the water in 2010.

Has not been run since.

The forward lounge area leaks and has rotted out the plywood flooring.

The forward roof/overhead needs to be replaced.

It has a head and a small closet.

The boat has potential for someone who has the time to put into it and an adventurous soul.

With a little remodeling it would make a great hunting cabin

or even a great floating cheeseburger/hotdog/snow-cone/beer joint stand on the lake.

I'm giving it away because I have enough on my plate and simply do not have the time to invest into it.

So before it gives up on itself, bring your trailer and you can have it.

There will be no stripping of the vessel to take what you want.

You must haul off the entire boat in a completed state.
