All of the running rigging was replaced 3 years ago and, and the standing rigging was inspected and is in great shape
The mast was unstopped and refurbished, and a custom masthead was added, all instruments and blocks were replaced, and the mast mounted wench was replaced
The boom and all blocks have been replaced. The boom lines have been rigged for single handing
The old cabin top hardware has been removed and the mounting points inspected and repaired where necessary
Hull has been stripped in preparation for coating with a penetrating epoxy and painting
The interior head box has been disassembled  and a section of counter laminate has been removed in preparation for replacement
All wiring has been replaced and upgraded
All interior and exterior lights have been replaced with LED lights
Almost all hardware has been replaced with stainless steel
Seacocks have all been checked and are in good working order
Fresh water tank is good
All hoses have been removed in preparation for replacement
Sail inventory includes a full batten main, which was repaired and inspected 3 years ago and has not been used since, and a 130 Genoa
Unit is currently stored at Mar Marina in Tarpon Springs, FL and is not available for viewing
