It sails great and can be sailed away in its current condition.
Excellent boat for day sailing in the Chesapeake Bay.
Sails are new and in very very good (almost excellent) condition.
Rigging is very good condition;
It includes galley table & head, but otherwise a little sparse inside.
It is has everything required for sailing away,
but to make it comfortable for sleeping in, it will need some work -
cushions, galley sink, stove, lights, etc.
DRAFT: 3 feet
NOTE: NO trailer, NO motor, boat has a motor well and is designed for a small outboard motor.
Blackstone marina on Cuckhold Creek in Hollywood is nearby and offers excellent cheap monthly rates.
