25' sailboat being stored in Nashua.

I was going to refurb the entire vessel but daughter just transferred to expensive college :(
I got the boat down at the cape and had it moved here to Nashua.

Needs more clean up but fully functional and seaworthy.

Has very low draft and weight and can be trailered (no trailer included).

The inside is mostly gutted and is ready to be built out any way you want.

It comes with one main sail. Currently being stored at $60 month. It is on brand new Brownell stands.

The stands do not come with the boat unless you wish to purchase them for $750 (my cost).
