1980 Helms 27 fixed keel sailboat

with a 8.0 hp Johnson outboard that I had planned to modify as a liveaboard in New Bern, NC.

The mast and rigging are removed but, along with the sails, is still available and included.

The interior is in fair condition but needs work to complete for living aboard.

I'm told It could be restored for sailing but will need a boom.

My plans have changed as I'm not up to it physically.

The boat cannot stay here at this private dock and I'm unable to help moving it.

I wasn't able to start the outboard so I can't attest to its condition.

I DO HAVE CLEAR TITLE.

Mast (NO boom)
2 sails, main and jib
Jib roller furling set up - condition unknown

 FREE TO THE FIRST PERSON WHO CAN TOW IT OUT OF FAIRFIELD HARBOUR near New Bern, NC.

June 1 it goes to the shredder.

 I will sign title over when the boat AND mast is picked up.
